About the Programme
CIM, Chennai, is a national organisation imparting management education, training, and organisational development services relevant to NPOs, education, healthcare, and business organisations. CIM has been offering management courses since 2004. The PG Diploma in NPO Management aims to equip leaders with foundational management skills for churches and non-profit organisations.
Programme Calendar
End of PG Diploma in NPO Management — 40 Credits total. Graduates who wish to continue may progress to the MA in NPO Management programme.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of ₹300 is payable at the time of submitting your application.

An application-oriented question (300–400 words) to demonstrate practical understanding of the topic covered.
Six multiple-choice questions per chapter to reinforce key concepts and check comprehension.
Weekly journal entries using Actions (who/what/where/when), Disclosures (the critical why), and Decisions (how learning shapes future action).
An 8-minute live presentation of the Course Paper. Graded on content, relevance, presentation skill, and timing (20 marks per presentation).
