Christian Institute of Management

CIM, Chennai, is a national organisation imparting management education, training, and organisational development services relevant to NPOs, education, healthcare, and business organisations. CIM has been offering management courses since 2004. The PG Diploma in NPO Management aims to equip leaders with foundational management skills for churches and non-profit organisations.

Objective
Build managerial capacity of leaders through a systematic process of learning, providing Kingdom solutions to the management challenges of Churches and NPOs.
Eligibility
University Graduation in any subject. Theological graduates from Serampore / ATA at Graduate level are also eligible.

Student Presentation

An 8-minute live presentation of the Course Paper. Graded on content, relevance, presentation skill, and timing (20 marks per presentation).
